Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
• Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory documents
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Conduct financial audits and risk assessments
• Provide strategic financial advice to management
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance
• Implement and improve accounting systems and internal controls

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in accounting, finance, or auditing (any industry)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

• Experience across multiple industries (e.g., retail, food, services, etc.)
• Familiarity with financial management systems and ERP tools
• Strong communication and leadership skills
