Client Services Representative

Do you love animals? Are you GREAT with people? Our nationally accredited and growing veterinary practice in Kettering, Ohio is seeking receptionists. Positions include a FT (35 hours/week including Saturday mornings) and a PT (25-30 hours/week including Saturday mornings) receptionist to help us continue to provide a superior experience to our clients and patients. We offer generous compensation in a professional environment.

The receptionist is the first connection with our clients. The successful candidate will be professional, reliable and mature. They must have great communication skills (written and verbal), be computer literate, have a professional yet welcoming demeanor/appearance and a strong ability to multi-task. Four year college degree and previous customer service required; veterinary/medical experience preferred.

Examples of Job Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients

Answer client calls

Screen and direct incoming calls and emails

Document appropriately in patient charts

Record and relay messages

Update company appointment calendars

File paperwork

Maintain inventory and restock supplies when necessary

Payments and billing services

Maintain a clean and well-organized reception area

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16-$17.00 per hour
