Client Services Representative

This is a temporary position for approximately 2 months. Hours available are nearly full-time. Candidates Must Be at Least 21 Years Old.

Vive! Therapeutic Massage specializes in clinical massage therapy. We are very busy due to the great customer service and outstanding reviews our business receives. We have an outstanding team of therapists and client services members that really make the business hum. Come be a part of a great team.

Vive! Therapeutic Massage located in Park Ridge. As a critical part of our success, our Client Services team provides our clients with outstanding customer service.

Basic responsibilities include:

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Be friendly, empathetic and respectful to our guests.
• Help guests schedule appointments, both in person and on the phone.
• Greeting and checking in clients and closing out their visits.
• Perform office tasks such as managing files, scheduling appointments, data entry, etc.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the business and supporting our therapist staff.

We expect our team to always be cheerful and respectful of our clients. You must have great people skills, be comfortable with using computer systems and be willing to do the 'little" things to take great care of our guests. Some moderate lifting is required.
