Job Description

Plutosec is looking for a skilled Cyber Security Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security principles, hands-on experience in penetration testing, and the ability to analyze security risks. This role involves assessing vulnerabilities, conducting security audits, and implementing security measures to protect our clients’ systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning on web applications, networks, and systems.
• Identify, analyze, and report security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and best practices.
• Monitor security incidents and respond to cyber threats in real-time.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide recommendations to mitigate risks and improve security posture.
• Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, or security analysis.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and OWASP.
• Familiarity with security tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Wireshark, and Nessus.
• Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, and security protocols.
• Certifications like Security+, CEH, OSCP, or CISSP are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
