At Kind Dental, we believe great dentistry starts with a great team. We're a fun, tight-knit practice in Scotch Plains, NJ looking for a dental assistant who's ready to learn, grow, and genuinely love coming to work. Newly certified assistants — we want to hear from you. We train the right person as long as you have a radiology license or are in the process of receiving it.

The Role

You'll be working alongside our hygienists in an assisted hygiene model — keeping patients comfortable, supporting smooth room flow, and making every visit feel warm and welcoming. Patient interaction is a big part of this role, so if you're a natural conversationalist who can put people at ease in the chair, you'll fit right in.

Schedule & Pay

• Pay: $22–$25/hr
• Monday: 8:45 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 8:45 AM – 3:30 PM

New to the assistant field ? Apply anyway! You must have a radiology license! We provide hands-on training and love helping the right person build a career they're proud of. If you bring the attitude, we'll bring the education.

Radiology certification is required!
