Finance & Admin Manager

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily financial and administrative operations of the company.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall financial performance.
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and management summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and government requirements.
  • Supervise accounting and administrative staff, ensuring accurate and timely work output.
  • Manage payroll processing, reimbursements, and company expenses.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies as needed.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies.
  • Support management in strategic planning and cost optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, or administrative management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.

Nice to Have:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
  • Background in audit, corporate finance, or business operations.
