JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Keep financial records and the general ledger accurate and updated.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monitor monthly cash flow.
- Manage payroll processing, government compliance, and statutory remittances.
- Coordinate with external accountants for tax submissions and financial reporting.
- Assist in computing sales commissions and tracking broker incentives.
- Prepare monthly management reports, including profit and loss statements and cash flow analyses.
- Develop financial forecasts and contribute to the annual budgeting process.
- Propose financial controls, cost optimization measures, and strategies for profit monitoring.
- Serve as liaison with auditors, government agencies (e.g., BIR), and banking partners.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies and facilities management.
- Supervise and provide support to administrative staff covering HR, utilities, and other support functions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with labor and government regulations.
- Organize internal schedules, meetings, and address employee requirements.
- Provide support in recruitment activities and assist with onboarding processes.
- Maintain HR-related records and manage basic employee documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- You must have at least 3 years of experience in a finance or administrative role (real estate experience is an advantage).
- You must be proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
- You must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound business judgment.
- You must be able to work independently, demonstrating integrity and initiative.
Work Schedule: Regular shift (8am – 5pm)
Work Setup: Onsite – BGC, Taguig City
