Finance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our growing hospitality group. This role is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, accounting, treasury, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting across multiple business units and properties. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can provide sound financial insights, strengthen internal controls, and support the company's long-term growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the company's finance and accounting operations.
  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and treasury functions.
  • Develop and strengthen financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government agencies.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Supervise and mentor the Finance team.
  • Support multiple company properties and business units as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Accounting Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or finance leadership role.
  • Experience in the hospitality, hotel, resort, real estate, or property management industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, taxation, payroll oversight, and internal controls.
  • Thorough knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), BIR regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), cash flow management, and budget preparation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and accounting/ERP software.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willing to travel to company properties when required.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
