Finance Manager

As the F&I Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Sales Team, including the Financial Services department. Your primary responsibilities will include driving maximum sales and profitability while delivering exceptional customer service. Here's an overview of the key responsibilities:

Financial Services Management:

• Manage and supervise the Financial Services department, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to all regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with financial institutions to secure advantageous financing and leasing terms for our valued customers.
• Provide expert guidance and support to the sales team regarding finance and insurance options, optimizing customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all finance and insurance transactions.

To excel in this role, we're looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

Experience:

• Demonstrable track record of success as an Automotive F&I Manager, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in finance and insurance management is highly desirable.

Skills:

• Outstanding selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth understanding of financial services, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to customers.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management, actively seeking feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, enabling efficient multitasking.
