Finance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
• Review financial records, journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor cash flow, petty cash, disbursements, and company expenses.
• Prepare and review financial reports, management reports, and budget monitoring reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payables, receivables, and financial transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding budget, expenses, and financial concerns.
• Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal controls.
• Support audit activities and provide required documentation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and strengthen financial controls.
• Supervise, guide, and evaluate finance team performance.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Accounting Technology, or related field.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, treasury, or related functions.
• With supervisory or team lead experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliation, and internal controls.
• Familiarity with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of taxation and regulatory compliance is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
