Floor Manager

Shift Manager– JJ O’Malley’s, Westport

JJ O’Malley’s is a busy, well-loved bar and restaurant in the heart of Westport. Known for great Irish food, local beers and a warm atmosphere, we pride ourselves on exceptional service and a strong team culture.

We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join our team.

The Role

• Welcoming and seating guests
• Supervising floor service and supporting the team during busy periods
• Ensuring high standards of customer service at all times
• Assisting with closing the bar, cashing out tills and end-of-night procedures
• Liaising with bar and kitchen to keep service running smoothly

About You

• 3+ years’ experience in a busy bar or restaurant
• Confident, friendly and organized
• Previous supervisory experience
• Good food, wine and beer knowledge preferred (training provided)
• Available for evenings and weekends, including the festive period

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €16.00-€17.00 per hour
