Floor Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and people-driven Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house team. In this role, you will be the face of our dining room — setting the standard for service quality, keeping operations running smoothly, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. You will work closely with our kitchen team, coach front-line staff, and step in to resolve issues with professionalism and care.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and communicates effectively in both English and Chinese.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Oversee all daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service flow throughout each shift
• Monitor and maintain high standards of guest service across the dining room
• Handle guest complaints and special requests with composure and professionalism
• Develop staff schedules and manage daily floor assignments
• Lead ongoing staff training and performance coaching
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to align timing, pacing, and service standards
• Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, with front-of-house focus preferred
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
• Proven leadership ability — you lead by example and bring out the best in your team
• Strong communication skills with guests, staff, and management
• Calm problem-solving approach under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Must be legal and authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay: $58,550.52 - $75,512.45 per year
