DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Reports and Analysis
1.1. Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
1.2. Analyze company financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
1.3. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, including variance analysis and executive summaries. 1.4. Support CAPEX and OPEX planning, ROI analysis, and scenario modeling for strategic initiatives.
1.5. Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency. 1.6. Assist in board-level presentations, investor relations materials, and ad hoc financial analysis.
1.7. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and corporate governance policies.
1.8. Prepares quarterly forecasting and provide long range visibility on Risk and Opportunities.
1.9. Consolidate financial data across entities. 1.10. Support mergers and acquisitions activities.
2. Pricing & Performance Analysis
2.1. Monitor and analyze revenue performance over time, identifying trends and variances for actionable insight. 2.2. Analyze pricing performance across SKUs, store channels to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that is aligned to the goals of the company.
2.3. Develop and maintain pricing models, dashboards, and tools using Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms. 2.4. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
2.5. Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to inform pricing recommendations.
2.6. Support promotional planning and post-event evaluation to assess pricing impact on volume and margin. 2.7. Monitor price elasticity, customer segmentation, and product lifecycle to refine pricing tactics.
2.8. Assist in the development of pricing governance frameworks and approval workflows.
2.9. Prepare executive-level reports and presentations to communicate pricing insights and recommendations.
3. Others
3.1. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with team members and business units. 3.2. Escalate issues promptly through the appropriate channels. 3.3. Perform other duties as needed to ensure continuity and operational readiness.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any related field (CPA or CFA is a plus
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to apply these tools effectively in a professional environment.
- Solid understanding of core accounting principles and financial practices.
- Skilled in processing and analyzing large volumes of numerical and statistical data.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems; experience is a plus.
- Capable of building financial models and developing reporting templates to streamline processes and align business objectives.
- Delivers accurate, comprehensive data while demonstrating strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with a keen eye for identifying trends and discrepancies.
- Strong aptitude for working with numbers and interpreting quantitative information.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing sectors is a plus.
- Demonstrates exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments.
- Creative thinker with high energy, strong work ethic, and a self-motivated drive to succeed.
