General Accountant

Job Description:

• Checks accuracy of AP Reports and ensures deadlines are met for his / her group and billings are accurate
• Validates accuracy of check voucher journal entries prepared by AP
• Validates accuracy of journal voucher entries prepared by AP
• Work hand in hand with her team to improve process worflow and submit
• Validation of STR IN/OutForward STR in and out to AP / AR for proper filing
• Update and records Lapsing and amortization schedule
• Fixed Assets Listing
• Schedule team and conduct physical inventory count per assigned store
• Schedule team and conduct spot cash audit
• Monitor Store cash fund organization
• Validation of Month End Inventory Report
• Preparation of GPGM Report - tentative and final
• Prepares monthly PNL Report - tentative and final
• Prepares notes to PNLPrepares Bank Reconciliation Report
• Prepares monthly Balance Sheet Report
• Validates and reconciles novelty inventory

Tax Filing & Payment

• Withholding Taxes - Compensation / Expanded / Final Tax
• VAT
• VAT Relief / SLSP
• Alphalist of Payees (QAP)
• Income Tax Return
• BIR Registration Fees
• Alphalist of Employees (Alphalist)
• Inventory Listing
• Assisting Accounting Head with monitoring and compilation of Audited FS per store
• Prepares working papers for annual FS Audit

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
