General Accountant

Qualification:

• At least a graduate of BS Accountancy
• Minimum of 2 - 5 years experience
• Advance proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Willing to onsite in Taguig.

Job Description:

1. Closing the Books: Assisting in the month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing closing entries and financial reports. 2. Financial Analysis: Analyzing general ledger accounts to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. 3. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations in all ledger activities.

4. Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements.

5. Account Reconciliation: Reconciling accounts receivable balances to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

6. Aging Analysis: Monitoring the aging of accounts receivable to identify past due accounts and take appropriate collection actions. 7. AR Reporting: Preparing periodic reports on accounts receivable status, including aging reports, collection forecasts, and bad debt reserves. 8. Customer Relations: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers while also enforcing payment terms and policies.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
