Hr Generalist

Job Summary

The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day human resources operations of the Company, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, employee relations management, recruitment coordination, administrative compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. The role serves as a key support function in maintaining organized HR processes, promoting a positive workplace culture, and ensuring adherence to company standards and applicable labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Onboarding

1.1 Assist in manpower sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews.1.2 Facilitate pre-employment requirements and onboarding documentation.1.3 Prepare employment contracts, memoranda, and HR-related documentation.1.4 Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding programs.

2. Employee Records Administration

2.1 Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR databases.2.2 Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and completeness of employee records.2.3 Monitor employee movements including regularization, transfers, and status changes.

3. Timekeeping and Payroll Support

3.1 Review and validate attendance records, leave applications, and timekeeping forms.3.2 Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, allowances, deductions, and adjustments.3.3 Assist in resolving payroll-related concerns in coordination with Finance.

4. Employee Relations

4.1 Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and HR inquiries.4.2 Assist in implementation of company policies and internal memoranda.4.3 Support disciplinary process documentation aligned with company memoranda and policies.4.4 Promote a positive work environment through proactive employee engagement.

5. Training and Development

5.1 Coordinate training schedules, invitations, and attendance monitoring.5.2 Maintain training records and assist in tracking employee development programs.5.3 Support implementation of organizational learning initiatives.

6. HR Compliance and Policy Implementation

6.1 Assist in drafting, updating, and disseminating HR policies and procedures.6.2 Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor standards.6.3 Support audits, HR reports, and compliance documentation requirements.

7. Employee Engagement and Culture

7.1 Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.7.2 Assist in internal communications related to HR initiatives and company events.7.3 Support programs that enhance employee morale and organizational culture.

8. Administrative and HR Support

8.1 Prepare HR reports, trackers, and monitoring tools.

8.2 Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.

8.3 Perform other HR-related duties as may be assigned by Management.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
