Junior Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal

candidate will assist in managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial

operations, and supporting senior accountants in preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports

· Record daily financial transactions (Bank, invoices, Bills, Expenses, Salaries, manual Journal) and

maintain accurate ledgers

· Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

· Reconcile bank statements and company accounts

· preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports (Balance sheet,Profit and Loss, AG Receivble, AG

Payable, Cashflow)

· Maintain proper documentation of financial records

· Help with budgeting and forecasting activities

· Assist in audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations

· Monitor expenses and verify invoices

Requirements & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field

· 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance

· Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills

· Knowledge of VAT or local tax regulations

· Experience with ERP systems

· Time management and ability to meet deadlines
