The 4 Star Sligo Southern Hotel is seeking to hire a kitchen Porter to join our dynamic Kitchen team. We are looking to recruit a organized and tidy person. The candidate must be available to work daytime shifts during the week and at weekends (depending on availability).
· Ability to work weekdays as well as weekends is essential.
· Cleaning all Crockery and cutlery.
· Maintain the hygiene and operation cleanliness of the kitchen.
· Assist in the waste management/recycling of the kitchen
· Comply with current up to date health, safety, hygiene, fire HACCP and security regulations of the company.
