Line Cook

We are seeking a passionate and disciplined Line Cook to join our Michelin-starred kitchen in Singapore. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head Chef and culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences that meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and creativity expected of a Michelin-recognised restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the restaurant’s exacting standards and recipes
  • Manage a specific kitchen section efficiently during service
  • Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation for all dishes
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
  • Assist with daily mise en place and service preparation
  • Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations
  • Minimise food waste and handle ingredients with care and respect
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and kitchen equipment
  • Follow all operational, safety, and company SOPs

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or Commis Chef
  • Strong foundational culinary skills and knife techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Willingness to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
  • Passion for fine dining and continuous learning
  • Singapore Citizen only

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,300.00 per month
