Management Accountant - Rosestone Capital Ltd

Rosestone Capital is looking for a Management Accountant to provide financial oversight and strategic reporting for our key client, CerebralFix Group — a collection of creative game development studios with an expanding portfolio of projects and subsidiaries.

This is a hands-on role with real variety. You'll be embedded in the financial operations of an innovative, fast-moving business, working across multiple entities and jurisdictions, and partnering with teams ranging from game developers to executive leadership. If you're commercially minded, comfortable with complexity, and want your work to genuinely shape business decisions then it's worth reading on.

What you'll be doing

• Managing day-to-day accounting operations including Xero reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, sales tracking, and cash flow forecasting across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Supporting the annual budgeting process, ensuring financial forecasts align with strategic growth plans and product performance targets.
• Preparing draft end-of-year financial statements for CerebralFix Group and its subsidiaries, coordinating with the Senior Finance Business Partner and Finance Manager at Rosestone Capital.
• Providing technical accounting support and guidance to CerebralFix Group teams as required.
• Continuously evaluating and improving financial systems and processes to support scalability and automation.
• Supporting special projects and cross-functional assignments as needed.

What you'll bring

• Solid management accounting experience, ideally across multiple entities or jurisdictions.
• Proficiency in Xero and strong working knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills - you can translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial audiences.
• A commercial mindset and genuine curiosity about the businesses you support.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and how they can enhance financial oversight and streamline processes.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities without losing accuracy.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach. You spot problems before they escalate and bring options, not just observations.
• The ability to work collaboratively across departments while operating with a good degree of autonomy.

Bonus points for

• Experience in or a strong interest in the game development or creative industries
• Exposure to multi-jurisdiction financial reporting
