Night Porter

We are currently seeking applications for a Night Porter at the luxury Rockhill House Hotel and Spa, located 3 km from Letterkenny. The ideal candidate should be able to work on their own initiative, have excellent communication skills and judgment, and present a well-presented, neat appearance.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee the effective operation of the Front Desk during night shift
• Guest services, room service, prompt handling of customer queries, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
• Maintain public areas of the hotel to a high level of cleanliness
• Carry out regular security and fire checks throughout night shift

The ideal candidate must have:

• Full Driver's License
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
• Food & Beverage Skills
• Good I.T & communication skills
• the ability to work well under pressure
