Night Supervisor

-Position Overview:

We are seeking a Night Supervisor to join our Green Valley team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who is passionate about hospitality, possesses exceptional customer service skills, and has the experience to ensure smooth operations during night shifts.

-Key Responsibilities:

*Oversee the night operations of the café, ensuring excellent service and smooth workflow.

*Lead and motivate the team to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

*Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.

*Manage staff rosters, delegate tasks, and ensure adequate staffing levels.

*Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.

*Perform cash handling, end-of-day reconciliations, and other administrative duties.

*Train and mentor staff to develop their skills and knowledge.

*Collaborate with management to achieve business goals and maintain brand standards.

-Requirements:

*Hospitality Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

*Management Experience: At least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial position.

*Customer Service Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to create positive guest experiences.

*Availability: Must be available for full-time night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

*Working Rights: Full working rights in Australia.

*Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

• Green Valley, NSW 2168: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
