About the Role:

Citywide is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor to join our Traffic & Events team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a dynamic role, working across a diverse range of projects within a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will oversee onsite traffic management operations while coordinating and supporting teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of traffic management services, ensuring safety, efficiency, and service excellence across all operations.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Oversee and coordinate traffic management services to ensure delivery of a high standard across all client sites
Lead, motivate, and support team leaders and field teams to drive accountability and performance
Develop and implement Traffic Guidance Schemes in line with regulatory requirements
Monitor budgets and forecasts, ensuring effective cost control
Champion and uphold Citywide’s safety and environmental standards across all areas
Manage workforce matters in consultation with your Operations Manager

Skills and qualifications required:

Essential:

Current Driver’s Licence
Traffic Management qualifications:
RIISS00063 – Traffic Management Designer (TMD1)
RIISS00064 – Traffic Management Designer (TMD2)
RIISS00065 – Traffic Management Designer (TMD3)
White Card
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven leadership capability with a strong team focus
Sound computer skills, including MS Office

Desirable:

First Aid Certificate
MR Driver’s Licence
