Quality Assurance Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required standards of quality and safety. This role involves conducting inspections, analyzing data, and collaborating with production teams to uphold quality management practices. Duties

• Monitor GMP’s during production
• Metal detector verification
• Aseptically sample taking and Coordinate the send of these samples to 3rd party testing facilities.
• Performing chemical titrations and analysis for cleaning and sanitation solutions.
• Conduct Pre-operational inspections and Environmental swabbing as per the defined frequency
• Perform operational inspections for compliance to Critical Control Points and Quality parameters.
• Monitoring incoming materials
• Monitoring temperature of key production areas in the facility
• Perform calibration activities.
• Perform monthly building and other inspections.
• Maintain accurate, legible records of all tests and retests performed. Complete all other required reports in a timely manner
• Conduct GMP training for new employees and maintain related training records.
• Participate in onsite verifications and document review activities.
• Monitor QA supplies and replenish as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills

• Strong understanding of QA/QC processes and methodologies.
• Proficient in analyzing data related to product quality.
• Experience with quality inspection techniques and tools.
• Knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
• Ability to fabricate simple components as needed for testing purposes.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members across departments.
