What will you do?

We are on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join us in a fixed term role until March 2027. This is a site based role in Cambridge and will responsible for coordinating quality systems, monitoring inspections and documentation, and supporting project teams and subcontractors to follow established quality processes.

As Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will work closely with the Project Manager, site teams, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met and compliance requirements are achieved.

This is a full-time position, working at our Patrick Hogan site in Cambridge from Monday to Friday 7:00AM to 5:00PM.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and administer quality assurance systems across site
  • Ensure inspections and quality checks are established, completed on time, and accurately recorded
  • Monitor and manage quality observations, ensuring issues are documented, escalated where required, and closed in a timely manner
  • Maintain quality documentation and records within Procore, ensuring information from subcontractors and consultants is correctly uploaded and organised
  • Support subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to follow quality processes and effectively use quality management tools
  • Assist with compliance requirements, including council documentation, RFIs, and regulatory quality processes
  • Work collaboratively with the Project Manager and site team to monitor quality performance and raise issues where required
  • Support document control processes and ensure documentation required for regulatory approvals is submitted and managed appropriately

Who are you?

  • Ideally, you have experience in a site based quality assurance role within the commercial or residential construction industry
  • You are systems orientated, and have a genuine passion for quality and you understand the importance of having robust systems in place
  • You are confident working with multiple stakeholders across a construction site
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is an advantage
  • You have exceptional communication skills and demonstrate the ability to build valuable relationships, both internally and externally
  • You strive for excellence and look for ways to exceed expectations
  • You are resilient and can demonstrate composure under pressure
