Position Summary:

- We are looking for a proactive, communicative, and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Pop Us Collectibles and Toys. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, guiding customers throughout the purchasing process, and actively contributing to increased sales and store organization.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and personalized manner, identifying their needs and offering appropriate solutions.

-Conduct the sales process with a focus on conversion, using cross-selling and up-selling techniques.

-Positively influence the customer's purchasing decision by presenting product benefits, unique features, and new arrivals.

-Operate the cash register and sales systems accurately, when necessary.

-Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing work environment, following store standards.

-Assist with inventory control, restocking merchandise, and organizing displays.

-Work as part of a team, contributing to a professional, productive, and harmonious work environment.

-Meet individual and collective sales targets, contributing to the store's overall results.

Requirements and Qualifications:

-Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.

-Proactive, organized profile with a strong sales orientation.

-Proven ability to apply sales techniques such as core sale, cross-sale, and up-sale.

-Ability to easily interact with the public and build relationships with customers.

-Commitment to service, organization, and cleanliness standards.

-Ability to work well in a team and in a dynamic environment.

-Previous experience in sales or retail will be considered a plus.

-Interest in pop culture, toys, and collectibles will be an advantage.
