Senior Site Engineer

Senior Site Engineer for a major residential development in Dublin 22.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Surveying and Setting Out: Perform site surveys, establish reference points, and create benchmarks to ensure the precision of construction operations.

Quality Assurance: Oversee and uphold quality standards by conducting inspections, tests, and evaluations, and promptly resolve any discrepancies from project specifications.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other involved parties to facilitate effective communication and coordination across construction efforts.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve engineering challenges on-site, recommending solutions and adjustments when needed.

Documentation: Keep project documentation precise and current, including site diaries, progress reports, and as-built drawings.

Health and Safety: Enforce health and safety regulations on-site, fostering a safety-first culture among the project team.

Materials Coordination: Manage the procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring timely availability for construction activities.

Pay: €42,445.08-€80,748.61 per year
