Nabe Hana is a new concept brought to you by the mother and daughter chef team who operated Té at the same location for the last 9 years. Located on the popular Ossington Strip, Nabe Hana offers quality Korean home cooking. We are are looking to find friendly and professional front of house staff who are motivated to join a family-run business and help see it grow. We are already encouraged by the positive feedback we are receiving from guests and the community. Nabe Hana is open for lunch and dinner Wednesday through Sunday. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service. As a key member of our establishment, you will be expected to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while efficiently preparing and serving drinks. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment dedicated to providing exceptional service.

Duties

• Provide attentive customer service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels throughout shifts
• Comply with all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
• Assist in serving food, transporting dish bins and seating guests when necessary, supporting overall restaurant operations
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management skills

Skills

• Proven experience in restaurant or food industry settings, with knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods smoothly
• Knowledge of food service standards and hospitality best practices
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests
