Overview:
This position will support a variety of clients by managing day-to-day accounting
operations, including accounts payable, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. The ideal
candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-client
environment.

This position will support a variety of clients by managing day-to-day accounting
operations, including accounts payable, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. The ideal
candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-client
environment.
- Manage the full accounts payable process for multiple clients — including invoice
- Maintain vendor records, verify W-9s, and assist with 1099 preparation.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment or invoice discrepancies promptly.
- Assist with posting of bank and credit card transactions
- Assist with month-end and year-end close
- Communicate directly with clients and vendors to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Collaborate with senior accountants and client managers to improve efficiency and
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of accounting experience, with exposure to accounts payable and general ledger
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Experience with accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, Bill.com,
- Must be proficient with all Excel functions. Pivot tables, VLookups, etc
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Professional and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and client service.
WFH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps- Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace
- Business Continuity Plan: Power and Internet Backup is a MUST
