Admin Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant / Office Clerk to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, maintain organized records, and assist the team in ensuring efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office
  • Manage and organize documents, files, and records
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
  • Support daily office operations and coordinate with team members
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any business-related course
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Bato, Camarines Sur
