By working closely with Fuerza’s top trainers, you will be put through the most advanced sales training program to gain in-depth knowledge of the sales and marketing industry. The goal will be to prepare team members with experience and the necessary skills to set them up for a successful career. Upon completion of training, Full Time Account Sales Representative will facilitate the sales and customer acquisitions for our top clients. Our mentors will be there side-by-side with you to help during the training and as you continue to develop in our company.

Fuerza’s Account Sales Representative Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Learn the fundamentals of sales and marketing
• Prospecting clients
• Face-To-Face communications and sales presentations
• Developing professional relationships and rapport
• Customer service and retention techniques to guarantee customer satisfaction
• Account Sales (telecommunication services)
• Building and managing a sales territory
• CRM and Software experience

Skills and Requirements:

• Associate's degree is preferred but not required
• Determined and positive attitude
• Desire for learning and professional development
• Strong work ethic
• Strong communication and people skills
• Bilingual is a plus
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role such as sales or marketing is a plus but not mandatory
• Must have interest in the sales, customer service, marketing industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
