Job Summary:

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial reporting, budgeting, and general accounting functions. This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information to support business decisions in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to management.
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with financial targets.
• General Accounting
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.
• Internal Controls and Compliance
• Implement and monitor internal control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit activities.
• Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Support system enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Team Leadership
• Supervise and develop accounting staff.
• Provide guidance and training to ensure high performance.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required
• Proven experience in an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment
• Strong background in financial reporting and budgeting
• At least 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience, with leadership exposure
• Solid knowledge of accounting systems and ERP platforms
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
