Accounting Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Maintaining a system, manage and overseeing day-to-day accounting functions of Shawarma Shack Group of Companies.
• Monitoring and recording transactions and financial events in compliance with PFRS on Small Entities and company policy.
• Maximizing return on financial assets by forming solid financial projects, procedures, policies, control, and reporting systems.
• Maintaining expertise over accounting operations, such as accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, cash receipts, treasury, revenue and expenditure, variance analysis, and fixed asset activity.
• Ensuring accurate and timely accounting reporting such as financial position, financial performance and cash flows; monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
• Providing data to externals that handles (BIR, SEC & Local Registration) for Shawarma Shack Group compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or Financial Management or any related courses
• A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage but not required.
• At least 5 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience in a managerial capacity.
• Working knowledge in accounting principles, processes and in government laws on taxation.
• Excellent in MS applications, particularly Excel (Spreadsheet)
• Knowledgeable in Accounting Software (QuickBooks, SAP)
• CAN START ASAP!
• Must be willing to work onsite at Tandang Sora, Quezon City from Monday - Saturday (9am-6pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
