Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

• Attend to inbound calls and provides customer service .
• Responds to customer inquiries; provides information regarding products specification, selling price, and/or other Sales matters.
• Receives and processes order requests.
• Coordinate with respective departments to ensure delivery completion
• Making outbound calls to follow up Sales orders.
• Assists customers with requesting documentations.
• Receives and processes order requests including new customers and inactive customers.
• Filling / Sorting Supplier Invoice in running number .
• Other Ad-hoc job assigned by supervisors and/or managers .

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook)
• At least 1 year or above related working experience in administrative duties .
• Good communication and inter-personal skills .
• 5 days per week.
• Willing to work on Weekend & PH

Work Hours :

5 Days work / week

12:30Pm – 9:30Pm
