Finance Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Assistant to support our Client's Finance Team on a full scale financial activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. on a full scale of financial activities.

Key Accountabilities:

• Suppliers invoicing processing
• Cashbook payments and reconciliation
• Invoice process and reconciliation
• Contractor accounts management and reconciliation
• Be involved in the redemption and subscription process
• Staff expenses
• Other finance duties as required by the department

Knowledge & Skills

• Good MS Office Suite Skills, particularly Excel

Job Type: Full-time

• Familiarity with accounting software, QuickBooks preferred
• Good knowledge of accounting procedures
• Excellent numeracy skills
• Attention to detail and ability to spot numerical errors
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work as part of the team

Desirable Competencies:

Experience within financial services

Desirable Qualifications

• BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or relevant accounting qualification(s)

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
