Finance Manager

We are seeking a Finance Manager with a strong foundation in financial analysis, cash flow management, and cost control. This role goes beyond traditional reporting—it requires a hands-on leader who can provide deep financial insights, strengthen controls, and safeguard the company’s financial position.

This position is part of a long-term succession plan, offering the opportunity to grow into broader strategic leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cash flow forecasting and ensure strong working capital management
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize cash position to support business stability and growth
• Drive cost control initiatives and promote financial discipline across the organization
• Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and risk management practices
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making (beyond basic reporting)
• Provide actionable insights to improve operational and financial performance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives
• Support leadership in strategic planning and long-term financial direction
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data and reporting

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred)
• 8–15+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role
• Strong expertise in cash flow management, working capital, and financial controls
• Proven track record in cost management and financial analysis
• Experience in manufacturing, trading, or similar industries is an advantage
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail
• Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and sound financial judgment
• Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willing to be based in Bulacan

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per hour
