Finance Manager

Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee full-cycle accounting: AR, AP, GL, payroll, and tax compliance
• Prepare timely, accurate financial and management reports
• Maintain strong financial controls anbd reporting standard

Revenue & Billing Oversight

• Manage billing across recurring, one-time, and service-based revenue streams
• Ensure alignment between contracts, billing and collectibles
• Monitor receivables and drive timely collections

Cash Flow & Cost Management

• Monitor cash flow and maintain rolling forecasts
• Track and manage key cost area: utilities, vendors, and technology platforms
• Support and lead cost optimization initiatives

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with Sales and Operations on pricing and deal sturcturing
• Deliver financial insigths to support leadership decisions
• Assess the financial impact of new business initiatives

Budgeting, Compliance & Process Improvement

• Lead annual budgeting and financial planning
• Track performance vs budget; analyze and explaine variances
• Ensure compliance with BIR and statutory requirements
• Strengthen internal controls and drive automation across finance operations

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
