Ngāi Tahu Holdings (NTHC) is seeking a strategic and commercially astute Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead long-term financial planning and analysis across our diverse investment portfolio. What You'll Be Doing

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning cycles.
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Deliver scenario analysis, post-investment reviews, and commercial insights.
• Partner on major investment and capital management initiatives.
• Contribute to a culturally confident and safe workplace.

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years' experience in finance or FP&A, ideally in large organisations.
• CA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A genuine interest in te ao Māori and Ngāi Tahu values.
