Licensed Gas Fitter – Service Technician/ Sub Contractor

Location: Hamilton & Area

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

We are seeking a licensed Gas Fitter to join our growing service team. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and experienced in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining gas-fired equipment in residential and/or commercial settings.

Responsibilities:

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair gas appliances and systems
• Perform maintenance on furnaces, boilers, water heaters, tankless units, ductless’, heat pumps, fireplaces and gas lines
• Diagnose issues and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements
• Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate service records and reports
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Valid Gas Fitter License G2
• Minimum 4 years of service experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (truck provided)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Education:

• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

Experience:

• In field HVAC: 4 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Gas 2 (required)
