Hvac Service Technician

Seeking experienced HVAC service, maintenance, and commercial Technicians! From forced air systems to boilers and geothermal, Kettle Moraine Heating does it all. At KMH, we support each and every employee in their professional and personal journey. We’re a family-owned home services company serving Southeast Wisconsin with 190+ employees and five growing locations.

Responsibilities:

• Drive company vehicle to and from job locations
• Complete all necessary steps in the service and maintenance of various types of HVAC equipment (Furnace, AC, Ductless, Air Handlers, Boilers, etc.)
• Complete all work with high quality workmanship
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide 5-star service
• Communicate effectively with dispatch team and office team
• Adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety

Job Requirements:

• Clean driving record with valid license
• Organized
• Strong communication skills
• Possess and maintain a valid drivers’ license.
• Physically able to lift/lower/place equipment
• Service Titan experience a plus
• Lennox experience a plus
• Hydronics experience a plus

This is a full-time role Monday–Friday. Occasional overtime may be needed during peak periods.

Pay: $25-$45/hour + Commissions + Spiffs
