Maintenance Technician

We are hiring for a Maintenance Technician to add to its amazing team.

Essential Job Functions Include:

• Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs promptly
• Turn over and prepare vacant units for move-in
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas
• Perform general repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, cleaning)
• Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and inventory
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule
• Perform other duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Plumbing,
• Painting,
• Sheetrock
• Flooring
• Be able to work independently with little or no supervision and as part of a team.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Bilingual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
