Duties

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through door-to-door outreach, networking events, and community engagement.
  • Present and demonstrate energy solutions, including solar products, to potential clients in person.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and technical sales support.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines regularly.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for multilingual campaigns targeting diverse communities.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks within CRM systems.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to position our offerings effectively.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales or direct customer engagement, preferably within energy or technical sales sectors.
  • Strong background in marketing strategies, including door-to-door campaigns and community outreach initiatives.
  • Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing leads and customer data.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and professionally.
  • Knowledge of solar energy products or energy sales is a plus; technical aptitude will enhance your effectiveness.
