Payroll Associate

• Process and prepare bi-monthly payroll including validation of timekeeping, overtime, leave and allowances.
• Compute statutory deductions such as SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding tax.
• Prepare payroll summary, payslips, and payroll entries (if needed).
• Reconcile payroll register with General Ledger and ensure accuracy of pay-roll related accounts.
• Prepare remittance schedules and assist in filing BIR Form 1601C and related alphalist.
• Ensure timely remittance of statutory contributions and taxes.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper filing of payroll records.
• Assist during internal and external audits related to payroll.

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Graduate of BS Accountancy / Financial Management / Human Resources or equivalent.
• With good analytical skills and strong attention to details.
• Able to work under pressure and meet strict payroll deadlines.
• With high level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Good coordination skills with HR and operations departments.

JOB SPECIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• Preferably with 6 months to 1 year relevant experience in payroll processing.
• Knowledgeable in payroll computation, statutory contributions, and basic labor law compliance.
• Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, basic reconciliation).
• Familiar with accounting / payroll systems (e.g. SAP, QuickBooks, or company ERP).
• With basic knowledge in BIR compliance and government remittance procedures.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php18,100.00 per month
