【Job Responsibilities】

【Job Requirements】

1. Operation Monitoring: a. Based on the system order quantity, report the previous day's order volume achievement and predict the current day's shipment volume; b. Real-time monitor the order volume and conduct process volume monitoring; c. Monitor the quality of employee operations and monitor operation quality indicators such as missed operations and incorrect shipments in real time; d. Monitor the completion of the shipment sealing process at the vehicle sealing node; e. Complete the operation review of the shift at the end of the shift. 2. Quality Analysis: Complete operation quality reviews on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, monitoring operation quality from multiple dimensions such as shipment timeliness, incorrect shipments, and anomalies. 3. System Verification: Regularly monitor the settings of the routing system and other operational systems, check for any errors in the system, and carry out routing optimization work. 4. Employee Training: Regularly provide training on quality, anomalies, and other related indicators to employees. Conduct individual coaching and one-on-one teaching for employees with poor performance. 5. Exception Handling: Follow up on customer complaint orders and other exceptional orders one by one. Combine with the daily operations to achieve a closed-loop for exceptional orders each day.
