Tasks

• Complete quality control checklists for each concrete structure that is produced in your shop
• Monitor employees in the shop to ensure efficiency and accountability
• Assist with the training of employees in shop
• Report employee and quality issues appropriately
• Practice constructive communication both verbal and written
• Requirements: Ability to lead a team, ability to follow directions, ability to work independently and with others across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
