Sales Representative
Introduction:
Top Cut Foods is a leading family owned meat producer, who are passionate about giving our customers the best possible service from the most experienced specialist butchers for over 43 years.

Description:
Our extensive domestic network supports global brands, offering versatility, quality, and choice to our customers. We are seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Representative to join our team in LOCATION, specializing in meat sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity to build relationships with food industry professionals while representing premium meat products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow the customer base whilst focusing on new business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers
  • Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines
  • Achieve sales KPI’s and meet quarterly targets
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Collaborate with our processing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the meat or food service industry
  • 3+ years’ experience in the Food Service industry
  • A strong network of existing clients.
  • Understanding of food safety standards and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational abilities
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the sales territory
