Service Technician

In this role you will:

• Perform pre-defined technical tasks including basic commissioning, system integration, and maintenance activities on-site and remotely
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support to customers, resolving product and system issues effectively
• Coordinate and execute service operations to ensure reliable performance of customer equipment
• Support customers both remotely and on-site to maintain operational continuity
• Identify potential service opportunities and contribute to sales lead generation and planning activities
• Ensure compliance with defined processes, safety standards, and applicable regulations

• Relevant technical qualification or experience in electrical, mechanical, or systems environments
• Experience in maintenance, commissioning, or field service delivery
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in technical environments
• Customer-focused approach with effective communication and teamwork skills
