**Job Title: Shift Leader

** Salary : $14.00-$17.00 per hour based on experience

**Key Responsibilities

- Interact with crew members and customers to promote a positive atmosphere using "Tropitude."

- Ensure compliance with Tropical Smoothie Cafe standards across all stations.

- Train and coach crew members to uphold brand standards during shifts.

- Manage labor and control inventory effectively.

- Perform additional tasks necessary to facilitate smooth cafe operations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role preferred.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to train and mentor team members.

- Legally authorized to work in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

- Ability to handle physical demands, including standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and navigating a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
