Alert Security Services is a professional security company dedicated to providing reliable protection and excellent customer service. We are seeking a Security Guard to join our team and serve at a Homeowners Association (HOA) community in Rowland Heights.

Job Responsibilities:

• Stationed at the community gate in the guard shack.
• Greet and verify residents, guests, and vendors entering the property.
• Provide assistance and clear communication to residents.
• Monitor community access and ensure only authorized individuals are allowed entry.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and incident reports.
• Uphold safety and security standards for the community.

Requirements:

• Must be able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English.
• Valid California Guard Card required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to remain professional and attentive while on duty.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
