Overview:
Leads and oversees the quality management system to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations and comply with industry standards. Develops and implements quality assurance policies, procedures, and controls to maintain high product quality and drive continuous improvement.

What you’ll do:
- Directly reports to the General Manager
- Develops and maintains complex quality management systems across multiple production lines or facilities
- Analyzes quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process improvements
- Oversees the implementation of quality control processes and procedures
- Collaborates with production, engineering, and customer service departments to address quality issues and implement improvements
- Directly impacts product quality, customer satisfaction, and the company's reputation in the market
- Influences production processes and product design to enhance quality and reduce defects
What you’ll need:
- At least 3-5 years in a management or leadership position within a quality department
- Experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field (beneficial)
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques
- Familiarity with quality management software and data analysis tools
